Pastor Rob Morton

In 1993, Rob endured an extended wrestling match with God that led to a personal encounter, and ended up giving his life to Jesus. He and his wife, MaryBeth, have lived and ministered in the foothills since 2000. In 2013, he became pastor of The Church of Tollhouse. His passion is to unburden people with the Gospel while sharing love and laughter.

Elder Ron Sustaric

Ron grew up in Illinois as the youngest of 7. His family moved to Los Angeles in adolescence, and as an adult, he and his wife, Pam, moved to Tollhouse in hopes of a slower-paced life. In 1980, he met Jesus and has never looked back. He began attending The Church of Tollhouse and was asked to be an elder around ’89. Ron has served within the audio/visual ministry, which he oversees today. He was also instrumental in building the new sanctuary the church now utilizes.

Elder Scott Porterfield

Scott accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior in 1971 while attending Warner Pacific College in Portland, Oregon. In 1975, he and his wife, Connie, began attending The Church of Tollhouse and accepted an elder position in 1978. He has served as a youth pastor, taught Sunday school, and occasionally delivered the Sunday message. Scott’s heart for the church is to follow Jesus while building on the Word of God and being led by the Holy Spirit.

Elder Bill Esmay

He grew up the middle child of 3 in the valley. In 1966, he found Jesus and gave his heart to Him. He and his wife, Pam, moved to the foothills to better enjoy their love of horses and riding in 1996. They were told about the Church of Tollhouse by a neighbor. In 2020, he became an elder of the church and serves today in the grounds ministry

Elder Michael Gunlund

At 12, Michael accepted Christ while attending a youth retreat at Hume Lake. Through high school and college, he was highly involved in youth ministry and met his wife, Trish.
